Led by Poonam Awasthy, the session focused on breaking the silence and stigma surrounding menstruation. Participants engaged in open discussions, addressing common misconceptions and gaining valuable insights into menstrual hygiene practices. The interactive nature of the session encouraged women to ask questions, share experiences, and support one another in a safe and inclusive environment.
As part of our commitment to menstrual health education, sanitary pads were distributed to all attendees. This initiative not only provided access to essential menstrual products but also symbolized our dedication to supporting women's health and well-being.
