With a background in English Literature, she began her career with us as an intern, showcasing her commitment from the very start. Today, she is a vital part of Pinkishe, serving as our HR Executive. Tanveen has played a crucial role in nurturing our workplace, leading us to achieve the prestigious Great Place to Work certification. Known for her hardworking nature and exceptional ability to enhance the work environment, Tanveen continues to be an integral force within our team, helping to shape a supportive and dynamic culture at Pinkishe.

With a heart of an explorer in almost every aspect of life, Barkha Sah is a woman of many talents. Her love for cooking and baking led her to open her own homemade chocolate shop, "The chocolate lab." She is really fond of gardening and travelling. Barkha has always been inclined towards helping the underprivileged people. She has been a part of Pinkishe foundation for the past four years because of her desire to work for a greater cause.

Each time a woman stands up for herself, she stands up for all women. Deepshikha Bhardwaj, a resident of Kolkata, has a master’s degree in Hindi Literature and has pursued graduation from Bachelor of Education. She has continuously educated people on women welfare issues through her passion, her excellence in story writing, poetry, or articles. Out of her interest in the education industry, she managed to teach in some schools but later on, owing to her revolutionary thoughts, she committed herself to social work. Deepshikha, an exceptionally dedicated woman, has been associated with Pinkishe Foundation since 2017 and has not looked back since then.

A promising woman with exceptional skills in writing, Taruna Pundir is a senior Hindi teacher with over 25 years of experience in the field. She is a mother of two wonderful girls. She did her masters in Hindi from the prestigious Lady Shri Ram college, Delhi and has post graduated with a diploma in Translational science from Hindi institute, Delhi and M.D.B from University of Rohtak. With a keen interest in writing since childhood, she won many accolades including 'Rajiv Gandhi National Young Poet Award' in 1993. Taruna has written and directed many plays for school festivals and competitions. She also has a special interest in street drama and poetry writing. Her articles and poems have been published in various magazines around the country. She has an interesting concern towards social work and feels delighted to be a part of Pinkishe and getting a chance to be of service towards the underprivileged.

A teacher by profession and a social worker at heart, Eeshu Awasthi is an assistant professor at Rajat college of education and management, Lucknow. Driven by her passion towards working for welfare of people, she has been a part of Pinkishe foundation for the last two years working as a 'Prajwala' in Lucknow. Eeshu's zeal and enthusiasm towards her work has led her to become one of the most proficient members of Pinkishe foundation.

Rajrani Sharma is a government teacher from Meerut with many accolades as feathers added to her cap. She is actively involved with many such foundations that help people. She firmly believes that ‘If God has given you enough, you should always help the one in need’. This motto motivates her to show enthusiasm and excitement in social work. She has been a proud member of Pinkishe for four years now and she is glad to extend her helping hand and promote menstrual hygiene awareness among young girls.

An Assistant Professor at Sikkim Manipal University, Jhuma Sunuwar is an altruistic person hopeful of witnessing benign sunrays kindling the world. She is a crucial part of the NSS unit and the DADATI social activity club at SMIT. Always a keen mender of women's issues, she has been instrumental in initiating menstrual awareness in far off places of Sikkim. Animals hold a special place in her heart and she is fond of spending time with her dogs. This love for animals has driven her to be an active member of PFA, Sikkin and she works for the holistic progress of society.

Usha Khati, a passionate educator by profession, contributes significantly to Pinkishe Foundation as a valued member of Team Swara. Renowned for her poetic talents, she infuses creativity and depth into the team's initiatives. Usha's dedication to promoting local culture and nationalism through poetry is truly inspiring, making her an invaluable asset to Pinkishe's mission.

Anupama Ghosh works as an operation manager at Genpact India Pvt Ltd. She is an MBA professional with experience of more than 10 years in industries such as Rural Development, Micro Finance and Services. She has an immense interest in literature and enjoys writing poetry, stories and memoir. Music and travelling helps her to proceed in the path of progression.
