The Menstrual Health and Hygiene Literacy Session aimed to provide the women and girls of Narikuravar Colony with essential knowledge on menstruation, hygiene practices, and the use of quality menstrual products. Through detailed discussions, the session highlighted the importance of maintaining proper menstrual hygiene to prevent infections and improve overall health. The informative session also emphasized the need for communities to openly discuss menstruation and challenge harmful taboos associated with it.

As part of the event, Pinkishe Foundation distributed free sanitary pads to women and girls in Narikuravar Colony, ensuring that they had access to necessary menstrual products. Access to affordable and quality sanitary products is a significant issue for many women in underserved communities. This donation session played a vital role in bridging that gap, giving participants the tools they need to manage their menstrual health with dignity.
