On Menstrual Hygiene Day, Pinkishe Foundation made a significant stride in empowering women by installing a Pad Vending Machine at Shipra Srishti Society in Ghaziabad. This innovative initiative is designed to support the hardworking house helps and staff members by providing easy access to menstrual hygiene products.
The installation of the Pad Vending Machine addresses a critical need among women who often face challenges in accessing sanitary products, especially during working hours. For house helps and staff members working long hours, managing menstruation can be a concern. However, with the vending machine in place, they no longer need to worry about this aspect of their hygiene.
This small yet impactful change not only promotes dignity but also enhances the overall health and well-being of women in the workplace. By ensuring easy access to menstrual hygiene products, the initiative contributes to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment where women's needs are prioritized.
