Unlike typical sessions, this event highlighted the specific challenges these women encounter during menstruation. One significant topic that emerged was white discharge, a subject often overlooked in discussions about menstrual health. The women shared their experiences and concerns, which were addressed with empathy and expert advice.
In addition to these valuable discussions, the session provided essential education on proper menstrual hygiene practices. Participants were introduced to effective ways to manage their menstrual health, ensuring they can handle their periods safely and comfortably.
To support their menstrual hygiene needs, sanitary pads were distributed to all attendees. Pinkishe Foundation is committed to empowering women with the knowledge and resources they need for better menstrual health management.
