Swapna Ghosh from the Pinkishe Foundation led a Menstrual Health & Hygiene Education Camp Kolkata, West Bengal on June 10th. This camp, part of the Padbank project, aimed to empower women and girls by enhancing their confidence and knowledge about menstrual health. Approximately 35 people attended.

During the camp, participants received comprehensive education on managing their menstrual cycles effectively. They discussed essential practices for maintaining cleanliness and health during menstruation. Swapna Ghosh emphasized the importance of good hygiene practices during this time.

In addition to the educational sessions, attendees were provided free sanitary pads, ensuring that no one had to worry about access to necessary supplies. The camp aimed not only to foster open conversations about menstruation but also to create an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone's health needs.
