Saket, Delhi

In a collaborative effort with Students for Sewa, SACE, Pinkishe Foundation recently organized a menstrual hygiene literacy session and pads distribution drive as part of their "Ritumati" project. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about menstruation and debunk myths surrounding it.

The session, led by passionate volunteers, delved into the significance of menstruation and the importance of accurate knowledge about it. Discussions revolved around breaking taboos, including the misconception that menstrual blood is dirty. Participants engaged in open dialogue, fostering a supportive environment where questions were welcomed and answered.

Through the distribution of sanitary pads, Pinkishe Foundation and Students for Sewa, SACE ensured that every attendee had access to essential menstrual hygiene products. By collaborating on this project, both organizations reaffirmed their commitment to empowering women and girls with the knowledge and resources they need to manage their periods with confidence and dignity.

Pinkishe Foundation is proud to partner with Students for Sewa, SACE in initiatives like "Ritumati," working together towards a future where menstrual health education is accessible to all.
