On 11th September 2024, Pinkishe Foundation will host a Period Pain Simulator Camp at Shri Ram College of Commerce, Maurice Nagar, Roop Nagar, New Delhi. This event is designed to raise awareness about menstrual pain and foster empathy for those who experience it, promoting a deeper understanding of menstrual health.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a hands-on simulation that replicates the sensations of menstrual cramps. This immersive experience allows attendees to gain firsthand insight into the physical discomfort many individuals endure during their periods. By experiencing these sensations, participants can better understand the challenges faced by those who menstruate, thereby promoting empathy and compassion.
In addition to the simulation, the event will encourage open discussions about menstrual health and hygiene. Participants can ask questions, share their thoughts, and learn about effective coping strategies for managing period pain. This supportive environment aims to break down stigma and foster a community where menstrual health can be discussed openly and without judgment.
Join us for this enlightening experience that empowers individuals with valuable knowledge about menstrual health. Together, we can create a more informed and compassionate community, paving the way for a better understanding of menstrual health and well-being
