April 2026
April 2026 marked another important milestone in Pinkishe Foundation's ongoing efforts to strengthen menstrual health awareness and accessibility among adolescent girls. Through a CSR-supported initiative implemented in partnership with Corporate Warranties (I) Pvt. Ltd., structured menstrual health interventions were expanded across schools in Delhi NCR, reinforcing the foundation's commitment to creating informed, supportive, and inclusive school environments.
The programme focused on delivering comprehensive menstrual health awareness sessions designed to address knowledge gaps, challenge stigma, and promote healthy menstrual practices among adolescent girls. By engaging directly with students within school settings, the initiative created safe spaces for open conversations around menstrual health, hygiene, and well-being.
Schools continue to play a vital role in shaping health awareness and behavioural change among young people. Recognising this, the intervention adopted a school-centred approach that combined age-appropriate menstrual health education with practical guidance on menstrual hygiene management.
Through interactive sessions led by trained facilitators, students received accurate information on menstruation, reproductive health, hygiene practices, and self-care. The programme encouraged confidence, informed decision-making, and greater awareness, enabling adolescent girls to manage menstruation with dignity and comfort.
The initiative highlights the growing importance of corporate partnerships in expanding access to menstrual health support within educational institutions. By bringing together implementation teams, educators, school administrators, and corporate stakeholders, the programme fostered a collaborative framework for creating sustainable impact.
Such partnerships play a critical role in ensuring that menstrual health interventions reach underserved communities while strengthening local capacity to support adolescent health and well-being over the long term.
Beyond awareness generation, the programme contributed to building more inclusive school environments where conversations around menstruation are normalised and students feel supported in their health needs. Creating these enabling ecosystems is essential for improving school attendance, participation, and overall well-being among adolescent girls.
The initiative reflects a broader commitment to integrating menstrual health into everyday educational spaces and strengthening institutional support systems for young learners.
As Pinkishe Foundation continues to expand its outreach, this milestone represents another step toward creating lasting and scalable change in menstrual health education and access. Through continued collaboration, community engagement, and school-based interventions, the foundation remains committed to advancing menstrual dignity, improving health outcomes, and empowering adolescent girls across communities.
