Pinkishe Foundation is looking for a dedicated and dynamic professional to lead its CSR partnerships and institutional fundraising efforts. The role focuses on building strong collaborations with CSR donors, foundations, and corporate partners to support the organization’s mission. The ideal candidate will connect with potential funders, represent Pinkishe at important events, and help secure funding by showcasing the real impact of our programs.

This is a key leadership role for someone with a commitment to social impact, strong communication and networking skills, and the ability to translate programmatic impact into funding opportunities.

1. CSR Fundraising & Partnership Development:

• Research, identify, and approach potential CSR grant-giving organizations, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships aligned with Pinkishe’s mission and programs.
• Prepare concept notes, customized proposals, and pitch decks tailored to prospective partners.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of CSR prospects and funding leads.

2. Representation & External Engagement:

• Represent Pinkishe Foundation at corporate networking events, CSR forums, summits, events, and exhibitions.
• Present the Foundation’s work and impact stories to inspire donor support.
• Travel (as required) to attend events, donor meetings, and partner discussions.

3. Strategic Growth & Business Development:

• Develop and implement a CSR engagement strategy to increase the donor portfolio and diversify funding sources.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify funding needs and align proposals with program priorities.
• Monitor trends and updates under Section 135 of the Companies Act and align proposals accordingly.

4. Proposal Writing & Documentation:

• Support the proposal team when required by providing relevant information for grant proposals, budgets, and reports.
• Assist in collecting inputs from internal teams as needed for timely submissions.

5. Relationship Management & Reporting:

• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate donors and CSR partners.
• Provide regular program updates, progress reports, and impact stories to strengthen partner engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of donor communications, agreements, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. 
• Relevant experience in CSR fundraising, donor engagement, or institutional partnership management, ideally within a nonprofit or CSR implementing agency.
• Good understanding of the CSR landscape in India, including laws, donor priorities, and funding cycles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage timelines, and maintain a professional network.
• Comfort with public speaking, field visits, and donor interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems or fundraising tools.
