About the Job

We are looking to add an experienced ‘M&E & Process Executive’ to our awesome team. The band and designation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.

The person will be responsible for:

  • M&E activities across various projects
  • Managing organizational MIS and analytics
  • Driving process standardization and documenting SOPs
  • Conduct internal audits

This position plays a vital role in measuring program impact, ensuring adherence to processes, and enabling data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Monitoring and Data Management

  • Design and implement project-level M&E frameworks, tools, and indicators aligned with program goals.
  • Track project outputs, outcomes, and impact across locations and beneficiaries.
  • Develop data collection tools and oversee routine data collection and validation activities.
  • Support teams in maintaining accurate and timely data records.

2. Evaluation and Learning

  • Coordinate, conduct or support baseline, midline, and endline evaluations.
  • Plan and conduct internal assessments and assist in external evaluations.
  • Analyze collected data to derive insights, highlight gaps, and recommend improvements.

3. Reporting and Documentation

  • Compile regular M&E reports for internal teams, donors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update dashboards and project trackers with key performance metrics.
  • Prepare case studies, success stories, and documentation of lessons learned.

4. MIS & Reporting Systems

  • Develop and manage a centralized Management Information System (MIS) to track project progress, team outputs, and performance indicators.
  • Maintain data integrity and consistency across departments by establishing standard data protocols.
  • Create insightful dashboards and reports for the organization.

5. Process Development & Management

  • Design and document end-to-end operational processes, SOPs, and workflows for programs and teams.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement efficient process solutions to improve productivity and alignment.

6. Internal Process Auditing

  • Conduct regular internal process audits to evaluate compliance, identify operational gaps, and assess risk.
  • Develop internal audit checklists and frameworks to ensure standardization and accountability.
  • Report audit findings to leadership and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and non-compliances.

7. Monitoring & Evaluation Support

  • Assist program teams in setting measurable indicators and tracking mechanisms.
  • Analyze data trends and audit outcomes to improve decision-making and strategic planning.

8. Capacity Building & Training

  • Conduct periodic training of team members on updated processes, documentation practices, and audit protocols.
  • Create easy-to-follow guides, checklists, and tools to enable compliance and adoption across teams.

9. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Coordinate with project, finance as well as field teams to ensure smooth execution and integration of process and MIS systems.

Who Can Apply

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Statistics, Public Health, Development Studies, Operations Management, MIS, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Relevant experience in monitoring & evaluation, process auditing, MIS development, or operational strategy, preferably in the development/non-profit sector.
  • Familiarity with internal audit methodologies and compliance in field-based environments.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and tools like SPSS, STATA, or Power BI.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
