About the Job

Lead the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems across Pinkishe’s programs. This role involves managing data, conducting assessments, and generating insights to strengthen program effectiveness and support evidence-based decision-making.

Responsibilities

    • Design and implement robust M&E frameworks, tools, and systems for program performance and impact measurement.
    • Plan and conduct baseline and endline assessments to evaluate program progress and outcomes.
    • Lead data collection, analysis, and interpretation for performance tracking and learning.
    • Audit program processes to ensure compliance, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
    • Build M&E capacity of field teams and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
    • Generate reports and insights for internal learning, strategic planning, and donor submissions.
    • Collaborate with project leads to integrate findings, learnings, and recommendations into program improvement.
