As an M&E Executive, you will support the Monitoring & Evaluation team in collecting, verifying, and analyzing program data. Your work will help measure program performance and outcomes, ensuring that Pinkishe’s initiatives are guided by accurate information and evidence-based insights.

• Conduct data collection and field monitoring visits to track program activities.
• Maintain and update project databases and dashboards to ensure organized record-keeping.
• Assist in data analysis, visualization, and report preparation.
• Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Support the M&E Manager in evaluation studies and documentation for program learning.

Individuals with 2–4 years of experience in M&E, data management, or research roles within development or public health programs.
