To Lead menstrual health education and awareness sessions across schools and communities in Delhi. This field-based role involves extensive grassroots engagement to promote menstrual health literacy and positive behavioral change.

• Conduct interactive workshops and awareness sessions on menstrual health and hygiene.
• Distribute educational materials and menstrual kits during sessions.
• Engage with adolescents, teachers, and parents to foster open dialogue around menstruation.
• Collect basic monitoring data, document field learnings, and share feedback for program improvement.
• Represent the organization’s menstrual health initiatives at the community level through consistent fieldwork.

• People With experience of 0–2 years in community engagement, education, or health outreach. Freshers, including BSW/MSW graduates, are encouraged to apply.
