Free Sanitary Pad Donation & Menstrual Literacy Workshop | Sonipat | 22nd Sep 2022

22 Sep 2022 Pinkishe Foundation organized a Menstrual health and hygiene literacy workshop for the girls of Govt girls senior secondary school, Model Town, Sonipat. About 52 girls of class 6th to 8th participated in the workshop. Our fecilitator Charu Wadhwa explained the girls importance of having periods and how the menstrual cycle works in our body. She answered the queries of girls regarding white discharge and made them understand the normal and abnormal related to white discharge. Girls were introduced to various menstrual products and their usage and disposal. Free reusable sanitary pads were distributed to girls in the end .
